Step 2: Fixing and approving the conditions

Make an appointment with Creos

Upon receipt of your application, Creos will contact you to arrange an on-site appointment:

  • To remove your gas meter (option 1)

or

  • To take assess the situation (option 2)

During this on-site appointment, the Creos employee conducts an inventory to determine the modalities and timing of gas separation.
