Carole Brückler has been appointed President of Creos Luxembourg, effective 13 May, 2025.

We are pleased to announce Carole Brückler's appointment as the new president of Creos Luxembourg's board of directors, effective 13 May, 2025. Carole Brückler brings extensive experience in public policy, innovation and international business leadership to Creos.

She is currently the Director General of the Directorate General of Industry, New Technologies, and Research at the Ministry of the Economy. Previously, she served as Head of Digital Health Technologies, where she developed economic policies and programs to build an attractive ecosystem for digital health companies in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining the Ministry in 2019, she held senior positions in international healthcare consulting, data analytics, and pharmaceutical research. These experiences have given her a strong foundation in strategic leadership and innovation across diverse sectors.

In addition to her executive experience, she is serving as vice chair of the board of directors of the SNCI and as a board member of the Luxembourg Future Fund and the Luxembourg Institute of Health.

We are looking forward to working with her as she brings her expertise and perspective to Creos Luxembourg in her new role as president of the board of directors.

At the same time, we extend our sincere thanks to Mario Grotz, who served with dedication in this role since 2012. During his tenure, he helped shape Creos’ strategic direction and supported its contribution to Luxembourg’s energy transition. We are highly grateful for his commitment and wish him continued success in the future, especially in his new role as CEO of Luxinnovation.
