In accordance with Article 26(2)(d) of the Core region’s D-1 capacity calculation methodology, a satisfaction survey is conducted each year among stakeholders and National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) of the Core region regarding the quality of published data.

The Core Capacity Calculation Region (Core CCR), of which Creos is a member in its capacity as a Transmission System Operator (TSO), is organizing this satisfaction survey in order to assess the quality of the data provided and ease-of-use of data retrieval on the JAO platform.

The objective is to gather feedback from stakeholders, which will help the TSOs of the Core region consider future improvements.

Creos invites all stakeholders to participate in the survey until August 31, 2025, on the ENTSO-E website.

An overview of the survey results will be included in the annual report.
