Step 2: Fixing and approving the conditions

Make an appointment with Creos

Standard-mode: Once your application has been approved, you will be invited to make an appointment on site with a Creos agent.

Fast track-mode: We send you the complete offer with all necessary documents and inform you about 2 dates.

Analysis of the situation

Standard-mode: During the on-site steering meeting, the Creos agent will take stock of the situation and determine the conditions for connecting the autonomous production facilities to be built. A price quotation, the order form, the contracts for the connection, use and purchase of energy and the completion report will then be sent to you as soon as possible (the decommissioning of autonomous production facilities is free of charge).

Submission of all documents to Creos

Standard-mode: The order and the contracts will be sent to our address signed by you. The completion report signed by your electrician must also be sent to our address. Once we have all these documents, Creos will ask you to make an appointment to check the installation.

Fast track-mode: The order and the contracts will be sent to our address signed by you. The completion report signed by your electrician must also be sent to our address. All these documents must be received at least 3 days before the first fixed date. If one of these documents is missing, the two fixed dates will be cancelled, and your request will be processed in standard-mode.

    • Your presence on site is required, as is that of your electrician.
