6 steps to your electrical connection
Step 2: Fixing and approving the conditions
Make an appointment with Creos
Once your application is approved, you will be invited to make an appointment on site with a Creos agent.
Analysis of the situation
During the appointment on site, the Creos agent will assess the situation in order to determine the conditions of the work to be carried out. A price proposal with an order form will then be sent to you as soon as possible (if the connection is not standard).
Note: In the event of work carried out free of charge, an end of work notification with a contract will be sent to you.
Return the order form to Creos
(unless work is free of charge) - The order form should be returned duly signed to our address. Once we have received the order, Creos will send you the corresponding end of work notification and contract(s).
- Your presence on site is required, as is that of your electrician.
- The end of work notification must be completed and signed by the electrician.
- The connection contract(s) must be signed by the recipient of the connection.
- The usage contract(s) must be signed by the user(s).
