Step 2: Fixing and approving the conditions

Make an appointment with Creos

Once your application has been approved you will be invited to make an appointment on site with a Creos agent.

Analysis of the situation

During the appointment on site, the Creos agent will assess the situation to determine the connection conditions, agree a date with you to carry out the work and provide you with a description of the civil engineering preparatory work (connection trenches and wall drilling) to be carried out. He will then send you the connection contract and the order which must be returned duly signed to our address before the work is carried out.

    • Your presence on site is required during this visit.
    • If the renovation/conversion work endangers the current gas installation your connection will be separated (outside the building) for safety reasons. You will be responsible for the cost of the separation trench work.
