You are organising festivities, an event or a fair and you need a temporary electricity connection. Create your request easily in just a few steps via your myCreos customer space.
If you already have a user account, log in directly to your customer space to start your request.
Are you a new customer or have you not yet registered with mycreos.net? Then complete the registration form to receive your username and password.
In order to fully understand your request, you will be asked for information about your event.
Each connection will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of installation.
Creos may contact the person designated as the “technical contact” in order to clarify certain aspects of your request and respond to it as effectively as possible, if necessary.
A location plan is required (e.g. screenshot from Google Maps or geoportail.lu) clearly indicating the position of the temporary connection.

It is possible to rent connection equipment, subject to availability.
Any request for a temporary connection for an event must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. For last-minute requests, it may not be possible to fulfil your request.
Creos has received your request. We verify that it is complete and technically feasible. If necessary, the person designated as the “technical contact” may be contacted to clarify certain aspects.
If your request is deemed feasible, Creos will install the temporary connection requested and approved for your event.
At the end of the event, Creos removes the connections as well as the installed equipment. The final invoice will be issued based on the actual costs related to the materials used and the labour required to carry out the temporary connection.
