In addition to our mission, which is to ensure the reliable transmission and distribution of energy on the electricity and natural gas networks in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg at transparent rates, the company is committed to a number of areas, not least the environment, with the undergrounding of electricity networks and the harmonious integration of installations into the natural environment. Today, more than 8,650 km of power lines, or 83.3% of the network, have been buried underground - a European record.

Our partnerships with the Luxembourg Science Center, the Wëssensatelier, Luxembourg student circles and ANEIL underline our commitment to education in science and technology and enable us to share our fascination with these exciting and constantly evolving fields.

Creos has 5 sites - Roost, Luxembourg-City, Schifflange, Bettembourg and Contern - responsible for building, operating, maintaining and repairing electricity and natural gas networks. Their geographical location guarantees a high level of flexibility and rapid response throughout Luxembourg, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Group's growth and the emergence of new technologies have considerably diversified the professions and profiles within Creos. By 2023, the company has recruited 91 new employees.
