The purpose of the rules for access to transmission capacities on the Creos network in the Belux zone is to define the procedures relating to the transmission services offered by Creos to network users and final customers on its transmission network.
In accordance with art.51 of the amended law of 1 August 2007, and more particularly with the aim of providing transparent and non-discriminatory access to the transmission network, the TSO Creos establishes and publishes the present rules on the management of the transmission services offered at the industrial supply points, at the distribution supply point and at the Remich interconnection point in the BeLux zone.
