Step 2: Fixing and approving the conditions

Make an appointment with Creos

Once your application has been approved, you will be invited to make an appointment on site with a Creos agent.

Analysis of the situation

During the appointment on site, the Creos agent will assess the situation in order to determine the conditions of the work to be carried out. A price proposal with an order form will be issued to you on site or sent out as soon as possible (in the event the connection is not standard).

Return the order form to Creos

  • Standard single-family homes or units with up to 5 meters AND limited to 40A
After having determined the connection conditions during the appointment on site the Creos agent will hand over the connection contract and the end of work notification to you directly on site.
  • Non-standard connection: units with at least 6 meters OR a meter with a rating above 40A
After having determined the connection conditions during the appointment on site, Creos will send you the connection contract and the order form by mail which must be returned duly signed to our address. The end of work notification will also be enclosed to the letter.
    • Your presence on site is required, as is that of your electrician.
    • The connection contract(s) must be signed by the recipient of the connection.
    • The usage contract(s) must be signed by the user(s).
