Step 5: Checking the preparatory work by Creos

Creos approves and validates the electrical installation preparatory work. Once the preparatory work has been validated, the Creos agent will make an appointment to carry out the agreed work.

Should approval of the preparatory work not be possible, a report report will be sent to you with the request to have the preparatory work corrected and to make a further appointment (see under Step 4).

    • It is recommended that your electrician is present during the visit by the Creos agent in charge.
    • Only one visit by this agent to check the preparatory work is included in the Creos connection price. Any additional visit will be invoiced at the current price.
